What the offer is

If you start a new Shopify store through the link in your account and meet the conditions below, you get free access to both storefront designs, the demo content importer app, the filmed walkthrough and future updates to those designs. The same package is otherwise sold on horizonbyrobbin.com.

Access is delivered on access.learnwithrobbin.com and is tied to your account there.

The conditions

• You have an account and started your Shopify store using the link inside it.
• The store was created after you started, not before.
• The store is on a paid Shopify plan. A free trial does not qualify.
• The store is not a partner development store.
• You installed our free app so Shopify can confirm the above.
• The store has not already been used for this by another account.

If more than 3 hours passes between starting and connecting, it goes to manual review rather than being refused. We would rather look at it than turn away someone who simply took their time.

What you may do with the designs

The designs are licensed for one Shopify store: the one you started through the link in your account. On that store you may change anything you like, and sell your own products from it with no revenue limit and no attribution.

And what you may not do:

• Use them on a second store. That needs its own license, and that one is for sale.
• Use them for client work. That is allowed under a bought license, one per store, not under a free one.
• Resell, redistribute or give away the design files themselves.
• Publish them in a theme marketplace or as part of another product.
• Share your account. Access belongs to one person.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that your store will make money. Nothing on this site is a projection of earnings, and nobody can honestly give you one. The designs make a store look finished. What it sells is up to you, your product and your market.

We also do not control Shopify. Their plans, prices, trials and theme are theirs, and they can change them without telling us. If Shopify changes something that breaks part of this offer, we will say so on this site rather than quietly leaving it broken.

Abuse

Creating stores solely to collect the package, connecting stores you do not run, or using several accounts for the same store means we can close the account and withdraw access. This is a paid product given away in good faith, and it stays free for the people it is meant for only if that holds.

Ending access

Access to the designs can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice, and the offer itself can be changed or ended the same way. That is here for the same reason an affiliate agreement lets either side walk away: this is given away rather than sold, and it rests on an arrangement with Shopify that we do not control and that can end without warning.

What that does not reach is your store. Anything already installed on it stays there, because it is your store and we have no way to take it back. What ends is the account and the downloads.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A later change to this page does not re-open conditions you have already met, though it does not limit the section above.
